I'm not better than anyone. 

Yet, despite four decades of mental illness, I've attained my version of Optimal Health.

And I know that if I did it, anyone can attain their version of Optimal Health if they make and maintain their own Living Plan.

In my workshops, following my process, participants create their own Living Plan specifically designed for their unique needs, and they learn how to care for and nourish their plan to best encourage success.

And I will support all plans for life.
